Paso Robles here we come!

We are happy to announce we bought a house in Paso Robles and are moving in next week! After looking long and hard for a house in the Arroyo Grande area, we decided that we could get a newer home in Paso Robles and, after minimal searching, found our perfect house in a newer neighborhood near our favorite wineries :)

The house is appx. 1900 sq. ft., on a 0.4 acre lot, 2-story, 4 bedroom + den+ mudroom+ laundry room, 2 fireplaces, across the street from an open space with trails, and a 2 minute drive from downtown Paso Robles. Plus it has a nice backyard with our very own oak trees and garden area. We could not have been more blessed and cannot wait to move in!

Happy 2012!

Happy New Year everyone!

We had a very relaxing evening. I got Scott to watch Gone With the Wind with me until midnight, then we watched a replay of the ball drop at Times Square. It was a nice way to ring in the new year!

One of our New Year's resolutions is to find a home this year. We found out today that we were approved for a home loan so now we need to find a real estate agent and save money for a down payment! Scott's been working on a budget to help us along. So we're on the right path, just waiting to save up enough money to find our perfect first home!

Any good thoughts and prayers our way would be appreciated!
